Free reiki-at-a-distance

I’ve had several requests to send distant healing reiki recently so the thought arose to send it out once a week to people that need it. I will send reiki healing out on a Monday morning for 30 minutes. If you’d like to receive the energy please email me your full name; this is purely used as a focus to send the reiki energy to you.

Reiki (Universal Life Energy) clears blocks from the physical, emotional, mental and emotional levels of our being to gently heal and attain balance in our lives. It can be helpful to relieve pain and is often felt as a loving encompassing energy.

In order to receive the reiki energy you will need to sit or lie in a relaxed position and be willing to receive…simple! You can think of it as a reiki bank account where I send you a reiki credit and you can spend it how you wish. For instance you may decide that you’d like three ten minute sessions throughout the week or a thirty minute session in one go. Whatever suits you and your lifestyle is fine. All I ask is that you are free from other distractions and allow the reiki to flow. You could also if you wish receive the reiki before going to sleep, this may be particularly beneficial if you have difficulty unwinding at the end of the day.
